Huge Turn Out to Honor 2016 Series Senior Champion Bill Willis

Following the Saturday race, racers, crews, neighbors, friends and family gathered in Jupiter to celebrate the life of our dear friend Bill. Jody Willis provided an awesome spread of food (she made up 45 pounds of pulled pork to be sure everyone had 'nuff and tons of other dishes! She also had super displays of photos of Bill from many years past (little boy Billy) to the current time. We learned that Bill was quite a talented surfer aside from being just a wonderful, kind man. His Blue truck was proudly displayed in the drive and served as a beacon that "this is where it's at". The racers have special decals on their karts in memory of Bill - the first 100 decals went very fast and more are being ordered - if you want a decal just email rpontek@outlook.com and include your address (there is no cost for the decals). Thank you Jody and William and all who helped make this a truly lovely memorial.
